About the Director
Being a traveler at heart himself, Mr. Chadha has been across the globe, lived at various hotels and dined at the top restaurants of the world to better understand the concepts of luxury, customer service and the anguish of a tourist. This equipped him with a better understanding of what the tourists truly desire, giving him a purpose to deliver a truly extraordinary experience of his homeland without any disruption to every traveler.
The new Venture of the 9W Group is a direct outcome of the dedication and hard work put in by our Director to give life to his vision of making In-bound Travel truly convenient. Our Director Mr. Sirjan Singh Chadha is an alumni of IHM, Pusa, country’s premier Hospitality Education Institute . Mr. Chadha has spent years understanding the Hospitality Industry and closely examining it. After innumerable encounters with various Domestic and International Tourists, he developed an innate sense of the inconvenience experienced by the guests when they visit a new country. He sensed a gap between the services of the hospitality sector and that of the travel trade. With his vision for the future of In-bound Tourism, he started his own venture to set an example.
