Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Tour Cancellation Policy :

– Cancellation Between 45 to 31 days of Arrival – 10% Retention Charges

– Cancellation Between 30 to 16 days of Arrival – 25% Retention Charges

– Cancellation Less than 15 days of Arrival – No Refund

b) For Hotels / Luxury Trains as per the policy of the respective hotels and luxury trains

c) For Air / Train Booking as per the policy of the respective airlines / Indian railways

d) For Foreign Tour Operator / Agents the policy will vary from agent to agent as per the agreement.
